This was a week for comfort food. Last night was meatloaf, “mashed potatoes” and broccoli. I ended up with 200grams of meatloaf, 150grams of mash and some broccoli. I figured the net carbs was about 26 grams. Not bad for a big dinner. Enjoy! Meatloaf Mashed Potatoes and Parship
