Creamy Coleslaw

Serves 5.6 100 grams serving

We found this recipe in one of our cookbooks.  It super easy and quick tasty.  We used a package of Dole Cole Slaw Mix.  You can shred your own or use another package.  A package makes it easier to measure and, who doesn’t like easy?



  • 4 Tablespoons
    plain low-fat yogurt (2g carb/0g fiber)
  • 4 Tablespoons
    mayonnaise (0g carbs/0g fiber)
  • 1 Teaspoon
    rice vinegar (0g carbs/ 0g fiber)
  • 2 Teaspoons
    sugar (9g carbs/0g fiber)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 Ounces
    Package Cole Slaw Mix (23g carbs/9g fiber)
  • Poppy Seeds to taste


  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and poppy seeds in a large bowl

  2. Add the Cole Slaw Veggies. Toss to coat. This salad is best if made a few hours before served and refrigerated.

Nutrition: Per 100 Gram Serving: 38 Calories, 6 Grams Carbs, 2 Grams Fiber, 4 Net Carbs
