We found this recipe in one of our cookbooks. It super easy and quick tasty. We used a package of Dole Cole Slaw Mix. You can shred your own or use another package. A package makes it easier to measure and, who doesn’t like easy?

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and poppy seeds in a large bowl
Add the Cole Slaw Veggies. Toss to coat. This salad is best if made a few hours before served and refrigerated.
